so twitter-ish

Life is like Twitter. Follow. Unfollow. Block.

I love retweeting tweets from Paulo Coelho, not just because he authored some of my favorite books making him my all-time favorite author, but simply because his tweets are sensible and realistic.


It's true, twitter reflects our life. A lot of people had asked me, "what's with twitter that made a lot of people crazy about it?", and I just can't answer that simple question. All I know is that, unlike facebook, twitter is a lot simplier, really a lot.


FOLLOW.
Of all the things in life, we should carefully choose what to follow especially the road that we should take. Remember that time is so short to be wasted on regrets. Follow your heart, follow it's desire, and you will know that it's meant for you when at the end of the day you're smiling and you're happy. That's the simplest consideration you have to make.


UNFOLLOW.
It is a reality that in life we do make mistakes, and the reason why UNFOLLOW existed is because you FOLLOW in the first place. So, as simple as it can get, we just have to be careful in choosing what to follow, and if we followed the wrong thing, then don't hesitate to unfollow. Remember, that life is about making decisions, and part of that decision-making is to know when to let go of something you thought was right.


BLOCK.
I believe that there would really be a perfect timing for everything, maybe right now it won't work but who would know it might work so well in the future. Resistance is really a big thing in life, you should know how to refuse on things which you believe won't result to something good. And blocking means not allowing anything from certain form to intervene you and reach you. But always remember, as follow has unfollow, block has unblock. So, when time comes when you feel you're ready to face something again, you just have to unblock that road to allow the flow, and that would be a start of something new.


And at times, you can RETWEET.
As what I've said, everything in this world starts by you making a decision; a decision that will open a door for you. When you follow a certain road to take, it doesn't mean that everything in that road will be suitable for you, so you have to choose certain things on that road that you will carry to yourself. Like in twitter, you can receive all the tweets of someone you follow in your timeline, but you have your choice to display that tweet in your profile by retweeting it.


Everything's a matter of choice, a responsible judgment can change your life.
